Rewards Experience | Wells Fargo

The time had come to reimagine the rewards experience for Wells Fargo customers.

As content strategy lead, I worked with agency partners, and our in-house designers, product owners, and developers to create a fresh, engaging, mobile-enabled site for the Wells Fargo Rewards program.

Our challenge
Replace an outdated, largely static website with a modern, mobile-friendly experience that meets customers' evolving expectations while showcasing the bank's broad product offerings. Several third-party vendor platforms needed to be integrated in a seamless presentation format.

How we solved it
We designed a responsive site that provides users a great experience on a range of devices. Our content strategy took a user-centered approach that started with customer needs and provided connected pathways to products and services that fit their goals. The user journey is supplemented by educational content such as video on the website. Once signed onto the rewards site, users can build a journey with the help of tools and calculators, personalized favorites, and the ability to connect their goals with family and friends.
