As content strategist, I worked alongside an interaction designer, visual designer, and producer to create a thoughtful, elegant, user-centered experience.
Our challenge Create a dynamic, personalized mobile gateway to the more than 10,000 pages of content on the Wells Fargo website.
How we solved it We wanted to provide users with quick, intuitive access not only to transactional tools on the site, but also provide them with a personalized financial education experience. We rethought information architecture, content design, navigation, and look and feel. For the homepage, we provided flexible, scalable access to a range of content by including a hero carousel and dynamic content tiles that update based on the user's profile and history.
